Zydrate is a highly addictive painkiller. Zydrate sold by GeneCo is quite expensive, but it has a cheaper, illegal counterpart on the black market, extracted from the dead. It is a blue, glowing liquid, stored most frequently in a little glass vial. Zydrate is administered via a Zydrate gun, usually to the inner thigh or shoulder, indicating it is most effective when injected into a muscle.
